These adorable pictures taken during a canine fancy dress competition show pet pooches transforming into nurses, scuba divers and BALLET dancers.
There was an impressive range of outfits on show by the ten fearless contestants – but the unanimous winner was Corgi Daisy Mae, who came as Florence Nightingale.

Among the other entries were Coronation Street fan Millie the Staffie dressed as Hilda Ogden, Greyhound Alan in full scuba gear, King Charles Spaniel Evie opting for the snorkel and Collie Bella who had come as a ladybird.
Sport was represented by Dolly, the Cornish Pirates supporter, while Arwen showed off her love of the 1980s.
A Spiderdog called Ted, ballet dancing Poppy and Sophie the Chihuahua completed the line up.

The event was part of a fun dog show in Goldsithney, Cornwall, with the fancy dress competition proving the highlight of the day.

Organised by Sue and Steve Cotton, the show raised £500 for The Pirate Trust.
Photographer Greg Martin said: “The ten dogs bravely stepped forward knowing that they might be mocked by their pedigree chums, but did so anyway in the name of fun.
“Perhaps feeling defeated by Alan’s impressive scuba gear, Evie refused to hold her snorkel and stamped her flippers, whilst Dolly, the Cornish Pirates supporter stood proudly in her outfit she wears to all the games.
“Sophie, Bella, Arwen and Poppy exchanged glares, each one of them convinced that their tutu looked better. And Millie, dressed as Hilda Ogden from Coronation Street, understandably thought she had the competition in the bag – until she spotted Daisy Mae.
“Daisy Mae, a canine Florence Nightingale, noble and obedient and a credit to the NHS was unbeatable.”
