Osho was given the nickname by web users after he had to undergo an operation to remove his eye leaving him looking 'like Arnie's T-800 robot 'from the hit sci-fi films. The four-week-old puss was discovered with a ruptured abscess on his right eye and covered in fleas at a salvage yard in Newport, Wales. He was taken into the care of the Blue Cross animal charity, which is now appealing to find him a new home before Christmas. He was given the name Osho after the Studio Ghibili character of the same name from the Japanese animated fantasy film Pom Poko because of his racoon-like tail.
