A mum-to-be was stunned after seeing the face of her late granddad in a 4D baby scan – KISSING her unborn baby.

Jade Hornsby, 21, went to Harley Street for a 4D scan after getting it as a gift from her mum Lesley Bineham, 47.

But when she got home and looked at the photos, she was startled to see the profile of her late granddad Jack Hornsby – who passed away in 2007 – in the corner of the image.

“The lips are puckering up as if he’s about to kiss her on the cheek.

“You can make out the eyes, nose and mouth so clearly.”

The amazing moment

Jade first noticed the face when she showed the pictures to her mum who instantly recognised Jack.

The full-time single mum said: “We just couldn’t believe it. It’s as if he’s blessing her in the womb.

“I found it really comforting. I have good memories of my grandfather.

“It is like someone was looking over her.”

The image was taken in July 2013 when Jade was 30 weeks pregnant.

Lacey-Mae Head, who will be two next month, was born in October 2013 at Queens Hospital, Romford, weighing 6lbs 6oz.
