Luck, love, fame and riches could be just around the corner for one young girl who found not one, but FIVE-leaf clovers.
Lucy Stansfield, nine, was out walking with her dad Richard when they came across a patch of clovers and decided to look for unsual ones.
Within minutes she had found the ultra-rare plants – and a four-leaf clover to boot.

Richard said: “We go walking around the area we found the clovers quite regularly.”
“We started searching and hoping for a four-leaf clover but in just five minutes Lucy had found two five-leaf clovers.”
“She was so excited and wanted everyone to know. She couldn’t wait to get home and tell her mum and sister.”
The lucky pair have found four leaves before but never one with five.

Richard, of Chesterfield, Derbys., added: “We didn’t even know that five-leaf clovers existed.”
Superstition suggests that four-leaf clovers bring good luck but five-leaf clovers bring wealth and experts say to find a five-leaf phenomenon is a one in 20,000 occurrence.
Richard said: “We’ve got them in a little bit of water at the moment but we’ll hopefully get them framed and keep them.”
“They are supposed to be quite unique and bring luck and wealth but we’re still waiting.”
