Noah has often been mistaken for Prince George

With perfectly combed haired and cute chubby cheeks, 13-month-old Noah Jack Lockett bears a remarkable resemblance to the infant heir to the throne.

His parents can’t believe the likeness, but the youngster is loving his new-found fame.

Mum Amy Brigdale, 23, said: “He loves the attention. People are always coming up to us to say how much like Prince George he is.

“He just laps it all up. Sometimes he gets so much attention it’s like he’s the real Prince George.

“It’ll be interesting to see if they carry on looking similar as they grow up.”

Amy and her partner Andrew Lockett, 26, didn’t realise the they were raising a Prince George lookalike until they put a picture of him on Facebook, sparking comments.

“People started commenting ‘doesn’t he look like Prince George?’, and when I took a closer look I could see what they meant,” said Amy, of Burnley, Lancs.

“When Kate was in hospital having Charlotte, we saw William take George in to see her, and of course we had to recreate the pose with Noah and Andrew.

“The most lifelike picture has to be the pictures Kate took of George and Charlotte together though. There was denying it then, they could almost be twins.”

Unfortunately, nursery nurse Amy and Andrew, who works for a marketing company, don’t currently have a younger daughter to property recreate the recent picture of Prince George and Princess Charlotte, but Amy’s hoping that won’t always be the case.

She said: “I’d like to have a little girl one day so you never know, we might be able to complete the look one day.

“We got really excited about both of the Royal babies so it would be funny to think we could have children that both look just them.”
