Antony Lea, 49, told Witton Albions chairmantha his granddad George Jones was the right man for the job with a witty CV detailing his leadership skills and tactical awareness. In a witty CV, in which he dubbed George as The Vintage One, he listed his strengths as scouting managing difficult stakeholders (mostly family) and his loyalty having watched the club all his life. Antony hilariously highlighted Georges role in raising three children, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren under youth development coaching skills. And he said George, who went to his first game aged just one, even has a secret weapon his lucky hat that he wore during Wittons route to the 1991-92 FA Trophy final at Wembley.
