Claire Nicholson, 24, developed a curve spine in 2011 and has ran three marathons since. At just 13-year-old she had surgery to fix her spine which was shaped like an s, and was forced to wear a back brace throughout her early schooling years. But, she didn't let it stop her doing what her peer group could do, and she has prospered in running after years of training.
