Sweet-toothed Helen Ellis is tasting sweet success from her business – making luxury chocolates in the shape of PIZZAS.

The 46-year-old mum started making treats for her two children in her kitchen at home before ditching her admin job to concentrate on the venture full-time.

She now runs Gourmet Chocolate Pizza Company and turns over a mouth-watering £700,000-a-year selling the snacks around the world.

A full-sized 12inch chocolate – which comes in a pizza box – costs £16.99 while a single slice costs £2.10.

Mrs Ellis, from Nottingham, said: “It was something different and that wasn’t already out there. I very quickly dropped everything else to focus on the pizzas.

“We started with around six flavours of chocolate pizzas. Now we have 13 and we extended the range last year, when we also introduced Christmas gifts.”
