Super buff Steve Ramsden, 60, has dropped four waist sizes after ditching the takeaways and fry ups and hitting the gym with fitness coach son Dan, 31. After tipping the scales at 15st 11lb last year, he now weighs a trim 11st 7lb, while incredible before and after photos show his toned physique. And he's even considering entering a bodybuilding competition next year to complete the amazing turnaround. He said: "I'm feeling so much better, I'm healthier, I'm happier and I'm four stone lighter. I feel like I've lost 20 years."
