A pensioner who uses a walking frame to get about is still kicking ass by giving self-defence classes at the age of 77.

Brian Jones has over 60 years martial arts experience which began when he was 11 and introduced to Judo.

He has since become a grandmaster in the Kung Fu discipline of Wing Chun, the Filipino stick fighting style of Escrima and Tai Chi.
The senior self-defence expert now passes on his wisdom and techniques to trainees as young as 20 with his weekly classes in Peterborough, Cambs.
Brian, a Master Shifu-esque martial artist, said: “Tai Chi is exercise in motion. It really does stop the aging process.
“It is not a complete cure all, but it really does help me stay young.
“There are plenty of benefits for health, self defence and vitality.”
