Holli Cheung's son Jordan is pictured at their home in Aylesbury, England on May 27 2015. A mum who suffered a major heart failure after being struck down by a rare virus was miraculously brought back to life after her sleeping BABY son was placed next to her hospital bed. See NTI story NTIMIRACLE. Holli Cheung, 36, suffered a cardiac arrest after she was struck down by myocarditis on January 2 this year. She was taken to two hospitals before being transferred to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham where she underwent two operations. The mum-of-one was then left on a life support machine for 10 days as cardiologists considered giving her a heart transplant as she lay uncommunicative in her hospital bed staring into space. But incredibly, after doctors let her husband Jason, 40, take their three-month-old son Jordan to see his mum in her hospital room, she made a miracle recovery. After leaving the tot sleeping next to his desperately ill mum for two hours her heart started beating by itself. Doctors were stunned by her rapid improvement when they arrived to do their rounds the following morning and were at a loss to explain her recovery. Yesterday (Wed), Holli, who lives with husband Jason and baby Jordan in Aylesbury, Bucks., said she is certain her son's presence mended her broken heart.
