Katie, aged 28, of Chesterton, now has a healthy relationship with food, but throughout her teenage years she hated the thought of having anything in her stomach. At her smallest, she weighed just four stone and had to be force-fed through tubes. The warehouse worker, said she decided to go on a diet at the age of 15 to lose a few pounds, despite being a slim size eight and quickly went from just under 10 stone to her smallest at four stone. Katie says that she wants to offer support to people in Staffordshire suffering from eating disorders.
