One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson meets his bravest fan yet – an adorable four-year-girl who is battling cancer for the second time.
Little Chloe Balloqui is always smiling despite her fight against Neuroblastoma, a child cancer of the nervous system, and her positivity has won the hearts of millions.

And the poorly youngster was even happier than usual when she got to meet her 1D idol, who was hosting the Believe in Magic Ball for children with life-threatening illnesses.
She beamed from ear to ear as the 23-year-old heartthrob held her in his arms and danced with her on August 10.
Chloe’s second cousin, Louise Fenton, 26, from Nuneaton, Warks., says: “Shes always smiling.
“Shes always happy, you wouldn’t think she was going through all that chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

“Louis provided gifts for all the children and danced with them. He was was really nice and friendly and Chloe was so happy to meet him.
“She loves listening to One Direction and it really made her dreams come true, we are so grateful for the support from the band.”
“It was like a Cinderella ball and was a magical experience for all the children.”
Chloe was only two when she was first diagnosed in 2013 with Stage 4 high risk Metastic Neuroblastoma, with a large tumour in her abdomen.

It spread to her bone marrow in her legs, spine, skull and chest, but Chloe beat it into remission after months of chemotherapy and was accepted onto a trial in Michigan, USA.
Before she got on the trial though, the cancer cruelly returned and she has now been given just a one in ten chance of survival.
Louise added: “Although recently suffering with chicken pox, Chloe’s recent scans have shown signs of improvement.
“If she can go back into remission she can go for a pioneering clinical trial in the USA.
“We continue to fundraise to ensure that all treatment options remain available to Chloe and to ensure she is the lucky one in ten.”
Chloe appeared on an ITV documentary called Raining in My Heart, which was watched worldwide and received tweets of support from members of One Direction and Pharrell Williams.
Mum-of-two Louise is continuing to fundraise, with an event on August 30 where there will be pony rides, a funfair, singing, magic and guest appearances from Frozen princesses Anna and Elsa.
