Little Henry Davies did not panic but instinctively phoned the emergency services after his mother Chloe, 29, tripped and banged her head on the living room table at their home. Henry told the operator what had happened, directed paramedics to the house in Coundon, Coventry, and even offered the ambulance crew a drink once they arrived. Henry, who only turned four last month, also phoned his dad, Ian, who was driving at the time, to tell him what had happened to Chloe. His swift actions last Thursday (21/5) have been praised by West Midlands Ambulance Service who described his initiative as “amazing”. Proud dad Ian, 35, said: “Chloe has been unwell with glandular fever which has made her feel quite poorly. “I left for work early at about 7.30am and as she got up after I went she felt quite dizzy and faint and stumbled.
