Ozzy Iqbal, who works at Asda Chesser in New Mart Road, Edinburgh, became alarmed when there was no answer when he went to deliver groceries. He tried calling several times which went unanswered, and went to seek help from a neighbour. They went into the man's home and found he was seriously ill, so helped get him to hospital. Ozzy said: “He is a regular customer and when he did not answer, I became a bit worried about him.”
