Pictured Family home being renovated. A mum has been left "speechless" after a DIY SOS-style project has started to create a home accessible for her three-year-old son Theo. See SWNS story SWFTrenovation. Kayleigh Davenports son Theo was born with a life-limiting condition called Ohtahara syndrome and his ARX gene is mutated which causes a rare type of epilepsy that is resistant to drugs and uncontrollable, which affects his development. Renovation work started around three to four months ago, the work will allow wheelchair-bound Theo to move around the house more freely as he is unable to access the house using the front door in his wheelchair as there isn't enough room. The project will cost £18,000 and so far £7,000 has been raised. A Facebook page was set up called The Adventures of Theo for the big build, created by family friend Michelle McCourt 44, along with Theo's mum Kayleigh 34, Grandma Sharon 52, and Kayleighs sister Natasha Green.
