James Forsyth with his windmill restoration project. A villager is restoring an 1830s windmill to power his entire home - and he'll even sell excess energy back to the grid. See SWNS story SWCAwindmill. James Forsyth, 66, lives at a corn mill site in Cambridgeshire that has been defunct since 1925. The retired boat builder said the windmill should cut out the £200-a-month electricity bill for his three-bedroom home. Mr Forsyth said the 40-foot (12-metre) windmill, which will use its sails to feed a generator on the top floor, will also produce enough electricity to sell back to energy firm Octopus.
