Sophie Anderson and Richard McWhirter were due to exchange vows on a lifeboat yesterday (Sat). But at the last minute the RNLB Henry Alston Hewat was called out to a shout, leaving the couple to marry at the harbour-side. The lifeboat was not even the Buckie, Moray couple's first choice of venue, after originally planning to hold the ceremony on the Jacobite steam train at Glenfinnan viaduct.
