A pet owner got a funny surprise when she checked her living room camera from work to find her very grumpy cat staring back at her.
Natalie McArdle, 25, checked in on Forrest and Garfield and spotted the latter staring directly into the camera, apparently rudely awakened from his nap by the surveillance.
Forrest didn’t appear to be too impressed by his owner spying on him either, making Natalie giggle
Customer services team manager Natalie, from Doncaster, Yorkshire, said: “Garfield is a very expressive cat, to say the least, and he definitely has an attitude.
“Everything is always on his terms. He’s definitely the boss out the two of them, as far as demanding baths from Forrest – named after Forrest Gump.
“He’s the boss of us as well, to be honest, and will only be fussed when he says so.
“We’ve had the cameras as long as we’ve had the cats, as my partner and I both work 10+ hour days, so it’s nice to check on them and make sure they’re not up to mischief.
“When I saw Garfield’s reaction at work, I cried laughing. He’d just woken up and I think we can all relate to not feeling that.
“I’d say Forrest is the more grumpy one out of them. We call him the old man – it’s just Garf is more expressive with his emotions.”
